A minimalistic interior includes a lobby, meeting room, lounge zone and kids’ play area. It is located in a luxury estate Bulvar Fontaniv, the winner of International Property Awards 2017.
A lobby with a bar and meeting zone designed in a laconic style with one exuding detail — a decorative fireplace along the wall. Artificial fire adds warmth to white concrete walls with black drawings and makes the space welcoming. Another thing to draw attention — decorative mosaics on the wall which consists of 1040 round ceramic tiles.
Grey upholstered high-back settee, armchairs and chairs are made by FAINA - the furniture brand of Viktoriya Yakusha. We created the concept of the space, and the furniture organically emerged in.
"We didn't use luxurious elements or classic hotel-like pieces of furniture that you might find in any place of the world, — said Victoriya Yakusha, chief-designer and author of the interior, — Our goal was to create home relaxing and tactile atmosphere, to keep it elegant and high-end feel".
